HOUSE MANAGEMENT POLICY
Gosnells Bowling Club has a policy to serve clients and members in a responsible, friendly and professional manner and to provide a safe environment for its clients, members, staff and neighbours.
Staff are on hand to assist clients and members in their decision to drink responsibility and to avoid the combination of drinking and driving.
The comfort of our neighbours is to be respected at all times and all late night/early morning noise is to be kept to a minimum.
The provisions of the Liquor Act 1988 are to be adhered to at all times by the staff at Gosnells Bowling Club.
There is a Duty Approved Manger on site during all advertised opening hours. This Manager is able to assist with enquiries, complaints or problems that may arise.
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains relevant to club operations and reflects both community expectations and legal requirements.
